Pine Ridge Contracting

This is our current long term project. We are renovating an old farm house from top to bottom and adding additions as well. KItchen is getting a new pantry and eating nook. Living room is getting a 12 feet by 19 feet addition with the old wall removed and the roof will also be the balcony leading out of the upstairs office. The 3rd floor  is going to be the master suite with a sitting area in the front bay area and we built a dormer on the rear  to make the floor bigger.

It is getting  new shingles, windows, Doors, siding  and soffit and fascia.

On the rear of the house we built a enclosed walkway that turns a 45 degree corner leading to the large family room and utility room. Out of the family room you go into the new attached 24 by 40 foot garage with two 8 foot by 16 foot doors on the front and one 8 by 8 foot door on the rear. To get from the first floor to the other 2 floors and you don't want to take the stairs you can get in the elevator that is going to go in.
